The town of Rosemary Beach, FL boasts that everything one needs is no longer than an 8 minute walk from anywhere in Rosemary. Hence, most of the accommodations we describe here are perfect for you all to have that Rosemary experience...no driving necessary!!

We encourage everyone to stay in Rosemary Beach to be close to the festivities. There are many options to suit various lengths of stay and budgets in Rosemary Beach and the neighboring communities of Seacrest and Inlet Beach. However, if you desire to stay elsewhere, there are more traditional hotels (~20 minute drive) and we'd recommend looking in Carillon Beach or Panama City Beach.

Rosemary Beach is primarily:

• Cottages, which are great for families or couples who want to share, and typically have a four or seven day minimum rental requirement.
• One and two bedroom apartments, lofts and carriage houses that typically have a four day minimum.

On those sites above, you can filter by community to view rental listings. You'll notice I have sent you the direct URL to view Rosemary Beach listings only. Neighboring communities to also look at include Inlet Beach and Seacrest Beach. I would not recommend looking at any other 30A communities because you could end up a 45 minute+ drive away from us in Rosemary Beach which would certainly not be ideal.



AirBnb & VRBO are options in Rosemary Beach. However, from our experience, we have found much better luck only browsing rentals on AirBnb/VRBO and then determining the rental company for the listings we like (this info is often listed in the Airbnb/VRBO description), and then proceeding to book direct via the rental company.

The following are two boutique hotels located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. These are a great option if you are looking for a hotel-style room. The Pearl only has a one-night minimum (must call to reserve for a one-night stay) but I'll warn you I think it is quite pricey.

Seacrest Beach (walking distance close by and up to 1.5 miles from Rosemary Beach) offers more affordable options including a variety of condominium and cottage complexes, the nearest of which are:

• High Pointe Resort (two and three bedroom condos)

• Water’s Edge (cottages)
• The Villages of South Walton (studio, one and three bedroom condos)
• Seacrest Beach North (cottages)
